Searching for community?

Community building is a group process where participants experience and practice communication skills that create the possibility for deep human connection.

Community Building in Britain is a network of people from many walks of life, sharing a common dream: that we can find better ways to communicate, can learn to accept and value one another in our uniqueness, and so open ourselves to the spirit of community. We run events based on the work of  M. Scott Peck, author of 'The Road Less Travelled' and 'The Different Drum'.

Since 1990 over two thousand people have attended events arranged in association with CBiB. These experiential workshops are led by trained facilitators who strive to create a meeting space common to people of all philosophies, based on genuine communication.
